We currently have requirements for voluntary help in our offices in Hanborough, Near Witney in Oxfordshire (please note we are relocating to Finstock, Nr Charlbury in mid-May). We are looking for help with the following tasks:
> data entry and some general office duties - maybe just an hour or two a week - knowledge of Microsoft Access helpful, but full training can be given.
> assistance with some fundraising activities - no experience necessary, just a willingness to "muck in" with the team, run errands, make phone calls, perhaps serve teas and coffees at events - great opportunity to meet people, driving licence and car would be helpful. Hours varied to suit, as much or as little as you wish - can be a "one-off" commitment or an on-going arrangement.
> we also need people willing to do general office admin, would suit someone thinking of returning to work, or someone between jobs, who has office work experience and would be happy to work alone at times, answering the phone, sending out letters, booking venues for events and generally assisting with various admin tasks. Again, this can be for an hour or two a week up to 35 hours, for just a one-off occasion, or as an on-going arrangement!
> someone to help us manage, update and facilitate our internet forums and webpages, including Facebook, etc.
